Finally broke my 101 day running streak from 2 years ago, it has been tough on my body but I think running has become a part of me now. Still working on my pushups up to 80+, goal is 150, I will run a half marathon per month so far I have one, last month, 11 more to go. My goal for this year is to complete 1 full marathon and to go back to karate.

Last year when I went back it was difficult, I was really hoping I could ease into it but that was not the case. There is no way to ease into it I found out. So far this year has been going as planned. I want to keep my momentum, my motivation.

Some days really suck and I just want to quit running but I have been able to cope with those days. I now understand the highs and lows of training and have never before felt as enlightened or maybe I'm just so exhausted that I'm starting to see things, which ever it is, I'm glad it has been working for me.
