On a 13 day running streak. My goal is to match my 100 day streak of 2 years ago. My legs are starting to break down. I can barely walk, damn shin splints.

Running only with my mind as my body no longer wants to go. I feel like an old man. Also been working on my push-ups I'm at 65, goal is 150. Working through that also feel like one of my shoulders is going to rip.

In addition doing some jump rope, goal is to be able to jump for 5 mins strait at about 3 mins now.

Trying to continue but some days it is very difficult to get motivated, so I thought I would write about it and clearly lay out my goals in hopes that I can create some sort of contract with meself, so I can have some accountability.
