It has been a while since I've written anything on here. I'm still on my running streak as of this morning going on 351 days. Some days are easier than others. Been sick lately so haven't pushed myself as hard as I usually do staying at 8:30 minute miles. Doing a lot of reverse splits. Really looking forward to go going back to karate now that I feel I have the cardio to keep up. Not sure how my body will hold up with all the strikes.
