Today was a very easy day since we are getting close to the Christmas demo. Also my wrist is totally missed up. I guess I stressed it too much.
I really didn’t do any pushups but I tried to go hard on kihon. I also saw that my classmates are really strong and can do all kinds of hand stands, I didn’t attempt any because of my wrist injury but I guess that is yet another thing to practice.
It is starting to seem a bit overwhelming but I just have to hang in there. I almost didn’t go to class today but I’m glad I did!
