Finally got through my first basic css reading.  At this point I feel comfortable reading a css file and having some idea how things are setup.  Next I will work through some css videos that one of my buddies gave me.

After that I will give myself a css project to do, I will build a css skeleton file that I can use in any of my upcoming web site projects.
