Finally made it back to the Burbank dojo. Kihon was wonderful as always but I found myself repeating the kihon vocabulary in my head.

We also did some drills and kata pinhon ni and sanchin.  Man do I need to practice, not sure when all this will sink in.  Maybe I need to spend some time learning kihon vocabulary.

I also need to spend some time on kata and on some techniques.  I will see if I can attend Takashi’s class tomorrow.  I really need to pay him though.
