First day in 12+ years.  I put on my white belt and just wanted to get over the first class.  It was amazing to see lots of familiar faces and lots of new ones also.  As I had expected after kihon I was dying.  Then we did some bag work and some kumite but I was not invited to kumite otherwise I may have fainted.

The next day I was sore everywhere, and it lasted about 4 days.  Also sensei said I should wear my current rank, which is top blue (Shichi kyu  which I got back in August of 1998) and that I will re-test for it the following promotion which is in February of next year.  That gives me 3 good months of training
