What a workout! Decided to attend one of the fighters classes in down town LA, and man was it difficult. That was a workout.
The kumute was great, I felt really out of shape. Not sure my running is helping me much. I may have to change my training regime to include some jump rope. Got some mat burns on my right foot from the knee kumute. Also pulled my right calf muscle a little bit not sure I will be able to go running today 😦
When fighting I noticed some really nice technique, the other fighters were waiting for me to punch and then they would either beat me to the punch or would block my single punch 👊 and hit me with combos.
