Got to teach kihon today.  It wasn’t as bad as I thought it would be.  I forgot a few techniques and stances.

Next time I will do much better.  Forgot to say yoi (ready) after every stance.  I also forgot to say kamaete (take ready position), I did get kiai irete before each technique.

I still don’t feel confident testing for my next rank, I have 2 more katas to learn not to mention relearning all the other katas.
